Job Summary
Conduct new business development, market analysis, due diligence, and structuring for Project Finance lease, partnership, and loan transactions. Complete client pitch materials, proposals, terms sheets, and transaction screening documents. Execute pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, and comparable transaction relative value analysis. Collaborate with Functional/Matrix partners in Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Operations to process transactions and manage client experience. Requires BA/BS degree, one to two years of related work experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $105,000.
