Job Summary
Project Management and Engineering execution for Singapore-based facilities projects at Illumina. Lead and participate in Turnkey, Facilities System Upgrading and Equipment Validation projects; manage in-house projects and contractors; collaborate with Facilities Operations and Maintenance; ensure contract terms are fulfilled; manage system utilities drawings and documentation; perform capacity management and optimization; maintain high operational efficiency; support ISO, OHSAS, and FDA certification programs; contribute to EHS and Security work scopes; may travel to support regional projects; requires proficiency with MS Office and AutoCAD (advantageous).
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 2 - 3 years’ relevant working experience in projects
- Experience in biotech or semiconductor facilities environment advantageous
- Ability to work independently and with all levels
- Strong communication and professional interaction with internal and external associates
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Ability to travel for regional projects
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency
- Knowledge of AutoCAD advantageous
- Commitment to teamwork and inclusive environment
- Background checks may be required
- Ability to be on 24 hr standby if required
