Project Fabrication Manager

Manage project execution during the fabrication phase, ensuring cost, time, quality, health, safety, and environmental objectives are met while adhering to contractual obligations. Coordinate internal and external yard activities, representing the company toward clients, licensors, partners, and subcontractors to handle contractual aspects and negotiate pricing and technical variations. Define project strategies, scope of work, and resource plans, approving cost estimates, cash flow, and planning activities supported by estimators and other roles. Monitor schedules, budgets, and site/offshore operations, integrating packages from operating companies and subcontractors to reconcile discrepancies. Issue project reports, collect feedback, and oversee the handover between commercial and execution phases, ensuring compliance with HSE and quality procedures throughout the guarantee period.
