Project Expeditor

Manage the project planning process from proposal initiation through final submission, coordinating development activities and ensuring execution aligns with established schedules and milestones. Initiate and facilitate kick-off meetings, reviews, and coordination sessions with internal stakeholders and proposal team members. Develop, maintain, and communicate proposal schedules, action item trackers, and status reports throughout the lifecycle. Coordinate proposal reviews, compliance checks, validation activities, and approval workflows to support submission readiness. Request, collect, and track subcontractor inputs, technical content, pricing information, and supporting proposal documentation. Facilitate collaboration among business development, contracts, pricing, and technical teams to support proposal planning and execution. Monitor proposal progress, identify schedule risks or obstacles, and elevate concerns to leadership for resolution. Validate completion of required proposal deliverables and coordinate final submission activities in accordance with established procedures.
