Project Executive

Role focused on managing Wohlsen’s client relationships and project performance: ensure client satisfaction, safety, adherence to schedule, quality, and profitability; oversee project team performance and development; collaborate on owner contracts and pricing of estimates/bids; lead preconstruction staffing, profitability, constructability, and scheduling; manage resources, procurement, and risk; conduct frequent client meetings to align on expectations and maintain project success. Emphasizes accountability, safety, integrity, collaboration, continuous improvement, development, and a strong client-focused mindset; includes leading L10 meetings, developing Project Performance Agreements, and fostering a Raving Fan relationship with clients.
