Job Summary
Project Executive leads Project Teams in successful construction project delivery from hand-off to close-out. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching the Project Management team, collaborating with Directors of Construction and Field Supervision to plan and execute projects under budget and ahead of schedule, leading weekly issue-resolution meetings, representing the company on elevated project issues, ensuring performance standards meet client expectations, and providing risk management support. Essential duties include validating production metrics during bid phase, organizing safe and efficient project execution, developing the project team, solving problems with internal/external resources, coordinating with field operations management for staffing and equipment needs, participating in team-based estimating, and upholding the company’s integrity and ethics. Travel to job sites and offices is required; work environments include office and field settings. Education/Experience: BS in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience; 10+ years of PM experience; leadership/mentoring experience; strong communication and organizational skills; problem-solving and adaptable approach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience
- At least ten (10) years of project management experience
- Experience with leading or mentoring a team
