Job Summary
Lead and manage large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closing. Ensure electrical systems integration meets specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while developing and managing project budgets to implement cost-saving measures. Supervise project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and issues. Enforce quality control measures and identify potential risks to develop mitigation strategies that minimize impact on timelines and budgets. Guarantee all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage jobs exceeding $50 million with a focus on electrical systems, data centers, or mission-critical work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management
- Experience with a focus on electrical systems
- Experience with data center or mission critical work
- Managing jobs greater than $50 million
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale construction projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- High level of attention to detail
