Job Summary

Lead and grow Timberline's New Hampshire office, driving revenue, market expansion, and strategic growth initiatives. Develop new business opportunities while leveraging established life science, technology, and commercial client relationships. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project management team. Serve as the primary representative with clients, architects, engineers, developers, brokers, and industry partners. Provide executive oversight of multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, quality, schedule, budget, and profitability goals. Guide project teams through preconstruction, construction, and closeout while proactively identifying and resolving risks and challenges. Monitor project performance, forecasting, staffing, and financial results to support operational excellence. Requires 15+ years of progressive commercial construction management experience and proficiency with construction management software.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in commercial construction management
  • Leadership responsibility for complex projects and project teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships
  • Demonstrated experience managing project financial performance
  • Demonstrated experience managing business development activities
  • Strong leadership skills
