Job Summary
Project Executive – Structural Concrete responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for new project opportunities, prioritizing pursuits with other internal Project Executives, leading negotiations for sales efforts, overseeing bids and proposals, maintaining positive client/architect/engineer relationships, leading project teams, fostering communication between field and office, promoting safety culture, identifying staffing needs and participating in recruitment, overseeing schedules and delays to meet contractual obligations, monitoring performance (status, schedule, cost control, change management), and advocating continuous improvement of procedures. Required qualifications include 12+ years of industry experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, extensive regulatory experience, leadership of multiple projects with strong cost, quality, and safety performance, proficiency in BIM and PM software (P6 or MS Project), and business development/sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- At least 12 years of industry experience
- Extensive experience with regulatory agencies in critical construction processes
- Lead multiple projects with strong performance in cost, quality, and safety
- Proficiency in BIM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project)
- Business development and sales experience
- Problem-solving ability in a collaborative, team-based culture
