Job Summary
Develop and implement plans to deliver projects and services efficiently while managing all company contacts with new and existing clients. Oversee single large projects or multiple projects, generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding, and tracking profit and loss. Supervise project staff and maintain a culture of safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. This role supports the delivery of schools, roads, and hospitals across the Nordics, Europe, and the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction
- 10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects
- 10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects
- 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety
- 10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control
- 10+ years managing and developing succesful teams
- Bachelor's Degree
- Construction Management
- 15 years prior relevant experience
