Job Summary
Oversee and develop a senior project-management team, managing budgets, contracts, and client relationships to optimize project profitability and delivery. Drive preconstruction and execution success, ensure financial planning and reporting, and lead strategic planning, sales growth, risk management, and overall portfolio performance across designated markets. Foster collaboration with contractors, architects, engineers, and stakeholders while maintaining safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
Required Qualifications
