Job Summary
Oversee diverse construction projects across the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, and water/wastewater facilities, managing multiple complex programs with high accountability. Collaborate with Vice Presidents of Operations and Field Operations to ensure project team success aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. Lead business development by negotiating prime contracts, managing subcontract agreements, and executing change orders within signatory limits. Review cost models and construction schedules from preconstruction through final completion while mentoring Project Managers for future leadership. Establish professional relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and trade partners to drive project goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- minimum of five (5) years of relative construction experience as a Project Manager, General Superintendent or similar
- Extensive relative construction experience
- Ability to assume responsibility, interface and effectively communicate with others
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Possesses excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Experience leading project teams and successfully achieving project goals
