Job Summary
Manage the development of master project schedules and quality control programs for a large-scale high-profile project in midtown Manhattan. Lead an internal team of project managers, engineers, and administration to ensure successful execution from inception to completion. Oversee company quality control, review owner contracts for compliance, and analyze subcontractor financial ability. Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of job cost reports, develop look-ahead schedules, and identify critical milestones. Build strong client relationships while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards. Deliver projects within budget and on time, managing GMP or lump sum contracts and forecasting potential cost issues.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- 20+ years of experience in construction and construction management projects with relevant projects
- Demonstrate satisfactory experience to manage and control the design and construction
- Degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Architecture, Engineering
- Ability to organize project information, prepare reports and presentations, and interact/communicate with different departments
- Experience managing an integrated team on large complex and multi-phase programs consisting of multiple project elements
- Demonstrated experience providing leadership of a team in an integrated project delivery organization
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Tech savvy, ability to use MS office applications, and construction related software platforms preferred
