Job Summary
Project Executive to lead mega industrial construction projects from inception to closeout. Responsible for mentoring Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers; overseeing high-profile, complex projects; collaborating to allocate resources to meet schedules; reviewing and approving Schedule of Values, subcontracts, purchase orders, and monthly billing; actively managing project schedules, budgets, profitability, and scope changes; overseeing project safety, quality, and productivity; and participating in hiring and annual reviews while maintaining strong client relationships. Candidate should have 10+ years in industrial construction, PMP/CCM/SPMP certifications are a plus, OSHA 30, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. Projects range across manufacturing facilities, data centers, and large industrial settings, with travel/assignment to project locations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Industrial Construction
- Experience managing projects $75MM+ in value
- Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is a plus
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience with Procore or construction management software
