Job Summary
Senior Project Executive in industrial construction, leading mega projects, mentoring Senior/Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, overseeing budgets, schedules, and profitability; approving high-value subcontracts and purchase orders, reviewing invoices and Notices of Delay, participating in hiring, annual reviews, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on job sites; requires extensive project-management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office; projects span manufacturing facilities, automotive plants, chemical plants, distribution centers, and data centers with travel/remote/hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Industrial Construction
- Experience managing projects $75MM+ in value
- Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is a plus
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
- Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with Procore
- Budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and cost control abilities
- Strong familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership and mentoring of Project Managers and PMs
