Job Summary
Project Executive role leading mega industrial construction projects for Mullins Mechanical. Responsible for mentoring Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers; overseeing project schedules, budgets, and profitability; reviewing and approving subcontracts, purchase orders, and Notices of Delay; managing monthly billing and invoices; directing pricing, scope changes, and project approvals; ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on job sites; participating in hiring and annual reviews; and developing strong client relationships across varied project locations with travel/remote/hybrid work. Requires 10+ years in Industrial Construction with $75MM+ projects, professional certifications (SPMP/PMP/CCM) as a plus, OSHA 30/First Aid/CPR, Procore and MS Office proficiency, and proven leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Construction industry, with experience managing projects $75MM+ in value
- Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is a plus
- OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
- Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Highly organized with proven leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with construction safety and quality standards
- Understanding of construction management processes
- Ability to collaborate and plan effectively
- Experience with construction and project management software (i.e. Procore)
- Budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and cost control abilities
- Strong familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
- Conflict resolution and management experience
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
