Job Summary
Project Executive responsible for leading large-scale design-build mechanical construction projects in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on cultivating and expanding client relationships, managing project scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with sales, estimating, and PM teams, developing proposals, and driving profitable project outcomes on $10M+ initiatives. Key duties include formulating client management strategies, maintaining top client relationships, participating in industry events, monitoring market trends, guiding preconstruction activities, collaborating to create precise budgets and schedules, delivering high-quality proposals, and contributing to annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in the commercial mechanical and plumbing construction industry, including roles in project management, estimating, and sales
- At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing or sales positions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in delivering high-quality customer service to key accounts
- Ability to comprehend mechanical and plumbing design documents
