Job Summary
Senior Project Executive overseeing a portfolio of high-end luxury residential construction projects with accountability for financial health, contract management, schedule adherence, site oversight, and leadership of project teams. Responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and change orders; reviewing subcontracts and procurement; ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; maintaining client satisfaction and stakeholder relationships; and driving project administration from setup through closeout. Requires a minimum of 10 years in luxury construction, strong business and financial acumen, exceptional communication, and proven ability to lead multiple complex projects and teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business preferred; position located in Long Island City, NY, on-site. Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising and developing personnel
