Project Executive

Project Executive responsible for attracting and procuring construction opportunities with new and existing customers, building and maintaining relationships, guiding sales planning, and leading projects through lifecycle. Requires proficiency in PSF estimating methodology, Bluebeam/file storage, project management tools, basic engineering/design activities, and the ability to produce proposals, budgets, estimates, and site studies to win opportunities. Must manage multiple projects and mentor/lead team members, aligning with PSF’s values of Excellence, Advocacy, Collaboration, Integrity, and Safety. Requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, technicians, sales, and operations, and to work independently or in teams. Education and licensure as specified, with five years’ experience in mechanical engineering or construction.
