The Project Executive will manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction while overseeing project estimating, bidding processes, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the commercial HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and mechanical engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales and business development for HVAC services
