Project Executive (HQ Based)

Job Summary
Oversee construction processes from inception to completion while managing daily operations, budgets, timelines, and resources. Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project execution, verify work progress claims, and facilitate purchase orders. Arrange site inspections, record meeting minutes, maintain documentation, and liaise with authorities regarding documentation releases. Draft correspondence letters and manage material submissions and sample approvals. Requires SPM or higher degree in construction management, 2-3 years of experience in large-scale developments, and proficiency in project management software. Based in Kuala Lumpur with frequent business trips to Penang.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum qualification of SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Sustainable and Renewable Energy, or any related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in construction management or project development
- preferably with experience in large-scale retail, commercial, or mixed-use developments
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and technologies
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, or similar) and design tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Malay
- Open to interstate travel
- Strong document organization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with MNCs or on international projects
- proficiency in Japanese
