Job Summary

Uphold OSHA, EPA, and ODH policies to ensure a safe, compliant work environment while providing executive-level oversight of projects to guarantee successful delivery on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Cultivate relationships with clients, lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and negotiating contracts, and directly mentor project teams including Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers. Oversee project financial performance by monitoring budgets and controlling costs, proactively identifying and resolving challenges throughout the project lifecycle to minimize risk. Requires 12-15 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency in construction management software.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale and complex projects
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and Engineers
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, including large, complex builds with significant budgets and schedules
  • Strong business acumen with experience in client relationship management, contract negotiation, and driving new business opportunities
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, project delivery methods, budgeting, cost control, and risk management
  • Proven ability to lead projects to successful completion—on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent) and Fit-to-Work clearance required
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools (e.g., Procore) preferred
