Job Summary
Lead project teams on complex healthcare construction projects, assuming overall accountability for jobsite safety, contract requirements, and financial forecasts. Direct project administration, superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities, negotiate contracts, and implement risk mitigation plans while ensuring compliance with insurance and bonds. Coordinate preconstruction services, develop quality and closeout plans, and lead networking strategies to optimize profit margins and strengthen client relationships. Provide coaching and career development for team members, fostering an inclusive environment that aligns with organizational goals. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Construction Management with 15-20 years of experience, including 5-10 in healthcare, with a salary ranging from $200,000 to $245,000.
