Job Summary
Project Executive to lead and oversee gaming/casino construction initiatives in Seattle. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new project opportunities, leading negotiated sales efforts, managing bids/proposals with the estimating team, maintaining strong client/architect/engineer relationships, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, steering project teams to high performance, fostering safety culture, staffing and mentoring, driving company initiatives, establishing objectives, and managing comprehensive project schedules, cost controls, and change management across multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Requires Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering or equivalent, 10+ years in commercial construction, 5+ years gaming/casino project experience, BIM knowledge, proficiency in MS Office and project-management software ( Primavera P6 or MS Project preferred ), and experience in business development and sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
- 5+ years of gaming/casino project experience
- Extensive experience and knowledge working with regulatory agencies throughout the critical construction process
- Working knowledge of BIM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software required; preferred Primavera (P6) or Microsoft Project
- Experience in business development and sales
