Job Summary
Project Executive at JLL supports the Operations Lead in delivering Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and project services across multiple sites within a key aviation account. Responsible for managing contracts, vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, preparing and submitting soft services, facilities, and project reports, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role involves tender support, evaluating vendor quotations, consolidating submissions for management/client approval, conducting project meetings, and providing regular progress updates. Strong emphasis on client-facing collaboration, service quality, and regulatory compliance with attention to detail in reporting and invoicing.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract and project management
- proven vendor management experience across SLAs and KPIs
- strong project coordination and organizational skills
- excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- high attention to detail with ability to prepare and submit accurate reports regularly
- experience in complex, multi-site environments (preferred)
- familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and relevant legislation (preferred)
- experience in client-facing roles with focus on service quality and responsiveness (preferred)
- certification in facilities management or related discipline (preferred)
- aviation-related or highly regulated environments experience (preferred)
- on-site Singapore location (mandatory)
