Job Summary
Oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Provide executive leadership to project teams, develop execution strategies, and mentor managers and engineers. Review and approve budgets, schedules, and work plans while monitoring progress, financial performance, and risk metrics. Serve as the primary contact for key clients, lead negotiations on contracts and change orders, and represent the firm in business development. Champion safety policies, enforce compliance, and resolve high-level technical or contractual issues through regular site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management
- at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methods
- Strong knowledge of risk management
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
