Job Summary
Project Executive for the Seattle Education Market Sector (K-12 and Higher-Ed) focused on progressive design build (PDB) delivery. Lead and strategize across client development, design-partner relations, and project execution to achieve safety, profitability, schedule adherence, quality, design excellence, and client satisfaction on multiple projects. Provide leadership to Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Project Managers from preconstruction through close-out; manage staffing, proposals, budgets, and vendor/subcontractor relationships; influence corporate processes, mentoring, and succession planning; oversee project schedules, cost control, change management, and regulatory coordination; leverage BIM and Primavera P6 as part of project delivery and establish programs to support growth in the Education sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent
- 10–15 years of industry experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years, preferably 10 years of Education Sector specific experience is required
- Experience working on progressive design build projects is preferred
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performance teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software; Primavera (P6) preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in business development and sales
- Proven ability to solve complex problems in a collaborative, team-based culture
- Working knowledge of BIM required
