Project Executive - Data Center

Champion the orderly transition of projects from estimating to the field by leading project review meetings covering contracts, schedules, budgets, and subcontracts. Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while managing all billings to ensure timely payment applications and positive cash flow. Develop comprehensive project management plans including scope, procurement, environmental, time, financial, quality, safety, and risk strategies. Coordinate with the Project Team on means and methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources to ensure profitable execution. Manage the development of the overall CPM schedule, prevent delays, and utilize the Lean process for scheduling activities. Review and execute change orders, supplements, and cost control adjustments while administering prime contract terms and conditions. Provide feedback to estimators for future bidding and negotiations.
