Job Summary
Project Executive to lead data-center construction programs from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. Primary client interface responsible for aligning contracts, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules; driving cost control, forecasting, and risk mitigation; overseeing QA programs to ensure compliance with client specs and industry standards; enforcing safety protocols; optimizing workforce planning including subcontractors and self-perform labor; managing vendor qualification, procurement, and performance tracking; applying in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, redundancy, commissioning standards) to guide decisions; implementing lean, BIM, and Procore-based PM practices to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- 5+ years in data center or mission-critical environments
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar)
