Project Executive - Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Project Executive for data center construction responsible for end-to-end delivery of brownfield data center projects, including leadership of project managers and superintendents, budget oversight ($50MM-$500MM+), contract negotiation with vendors, schedule development and tracking, change orders, and adherence to company design standards. Key focus areas include value-engineering, client relationship management, reporting and RFP support, and maintaining logs and documentation. Strong emphasis on heavy back-office work, organization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery for critical facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner or as a General Contractor / GC / Trade
- Previous experience managing a diverse team of high level construction project managers on multi-million dollar projects
- Minimum of 8-15+ years relevant experience in the Data Center Construction Industry data center / critical facilities MEP construction experience
- Client Facing /Client relationship / Client Management skills
- PMP Certification a plus
- Must be familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects
- Solid Construction Project Management experience
- Effective Communicator – emails, phone and face to face
- Previous experience in the Military / Military Veterans from all branches a huge plus! Experience with Electrical / Mechanical: Navy nukes - EMN, ETN, MMNs, Seabees, Army - Power Generation, Air Force – Power Production, Generator Techs, Maritime, Coast Guard, Army National Guard, etc.
- Ability to work independently
- Solid Admin skills: such as email, internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
