Job Summary
Project Executive responsible for leading brownfield data center construction projects, overseeing a team of PMs and superintendents, and managing day-to-day contractor/vendor coordination to deliver projects on budget and on schedule. Role emphasizes managing budgets between $50MM-$500MM+, creating and managing project plans, schedules, and change orders; handling RFPs, value-engineering, and contract management; maintaining client relationships and representing the company in project meetings. Requires strong leadership, back-office organization (budgets, paperwork), and a broad network in the mission-critical data center market. Background in critical facilities design/engineering/construction and experience in client-facing roles, with PMI certification a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner or as a General Contractor / GC / Trade
- Previous experience managing a diverse team of high level construction project managers on multi-million dollar projects
- PMP Certification a plus
- Must be familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects
- Solid Construction Project Management experience
- Effective Communicator – emails, phone and face to face
