Job Summary
Data Center Construction Project Executive - Owner's Rep responsible for managing brownfield data center construction projects, leading a team of project managers and PMs/Superintendents, overseeing budgets typically between $50MM-$500MM+, coordinating contractors and vendors, creating and managing project plans and schedules, handling change orders and RFPs, delivering Built to Suit projects with value-engineering focus, and maintaining client relationships while upholding company design standards and project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner or as a General Contractor / GC / Trade
- Previous experience managing a diverse team of high level construction project managers on multi-million dollar projects
- PMP Certification a plus
- Must be familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects
- Solid Construction Project Management experience
- Effective Communicator – emails, phone and face to face
