Job Summary
Manage a project team of 10-50 employees, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents, while championing safety and risk management. Mentor project managers for growth and apply company people practices. Monitor financial budgets, labor productivity, and cost estimates; review monthly reports to analyze deviations and resolve issues. Act as the key contact for BIM and Fabrication units, building relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and owners to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed knowledge of project requirements, deliverables, and building systems while driving project completion and financial accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Yr. degree in Engineering or applicable field work experience in HVAC and Plumbing
- Minimum 5 yrs. verifiable Project Management experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
- Climbing stairs
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds
