Job Summary
Oversee multiple concurrent large-scale construction and infrastructure projects across commercial, healthcare, data center, and industrial portfolios. Provide executive direction to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Review and approve project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies; monitor overall project health across cost, schedule, safety, and risk. Own financial outcomes by reviewing cost reports, forecasts, margins, and change order impacts, then approve major expenditures and budget adjustments. Serve as senior point of contact for key clients, lead executive-level meetings, and manage high-level negotiations and dispute resolution. Lead and mentor Project Managers and field leadership teams while delivering portfolio dashboards to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience in construction or infrastructure
- 3–5+ years in senior leadership or multi-project oversight role
- Strong experience in commercial, healthcare, industrial, or data center projects
- Deep understanding of project lifecycle management and construction execution
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, margins)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills
- Ability to manage large teams and complex, multi-site projects
- Frequent travel to job sites and client locations required
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, LEED, or other industry certifications
- Experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, energy facilities)
- Experience managing $50M–$500M+ project portfolios
- Background in design-build, general contracting, or construction management firms
- Experience with enterprise project management systems (Procore, Primavera P6, BIM tools)
- Strong client-facing executive leadership experience
