Job Summary
Oversee new construction projects from award through closeout while regularly meeting with clients and visiting active job sites to maintain strong relationships. Lead negotiations on change orders and resolve A/B-level project issues, ensuring schedules, budget goals, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with internal APMs/PMs to manage operational workload while representing the company professionally with owners, GCs, and project partners. This role requires 50%+ field time with no overnight travel and is ideal for a polished leader experienced in commercial drywall sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in drywall project management
- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize field presence
- Capable of owning relationship management more than pure back-office operations
- Driven, polished, and comfortable handling client-facing responsibilities
- Local project and client visits required (50%+ field time)
- NO OVERNIGHT TRAVEL
