Job Summary
Lead planning, coordination, and completion of construction projects from budgeting and bidding through closeout. Manage client relationships, organize client events, and foster partnerships with designers to assist with budgets and existing condition reviews. Oversee cost control, change management, and monthly forecasting while resolving billing issues and securing revenue. Lead the internal and external project team, mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, and participate in staffing decisions. Actively develop training content and lead classes on industry best practices and technical skills. Contribute to company growth by participating in candidate interviews and signing up for the Mentoring Program.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to relate and interact with higher-end clientele
- Strong estimating and budgeting skills
- Ability to prepare and submit responses to requests for lump-sum bids
- Strong skills in drawing review
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- 13+ years of construction project management experience
- 5 years of experience specifically in commercial construction
- Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling, quality control, and coordinating sub-contractors
- Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
- Must provide references and project list
- Must provide a resume
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering is preferred, but strong work experience will be considered
