Job Summary
Senior Project Executive responsible for delivering large-scale industrial and data-center projects in the Midwest. Plans, directs, and coordinates project activities, manages the project delivery team, and ensures safety, on-time completion, and within budget. Builds and maintains client relationships, coordinates with subcontractors, and interfaces with governmental agencies. Oversees various contract delivery methodologies (DBB, EPC, CMGC, CMAR, IPD) and utilizes CPM-based scheduling. Requires a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of construction experience; PE and/or DBIA credentials are a strong plus. Role may involve travel across the Midwest and can be based in Kokosing regional offices, with leadership responsibilities for mega projects or groups of projects, mentoring staff, and participating in strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10+ years’ experience/knowledge of construction, contracts, design, finance, and management
