Job Summary
Complete window and door bids generated from blueprint takeoffs and coordinate large purchases with vendors. Work in coordination with managers and warehouse personnel to prepare for product receipt and deliveries, while maintaining organized processes to balance customer needs and delivery logistics. Handle expedites, ordering, and scheduling tasks to ensure timeliness and precision for our customers. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency, supply chain experience, and ability to work with multiple estimating software programs. Salary is $60,000 annually plus bonus opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency
- Prior customer service experience
- Supply chain, logistics experience
- Willing to learn our product
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work with multiple estimating software programs
- Applicants must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States
