Job Summary
Project Estimator role in Michigan focused on bidding electrical work: manage end-to-end quotation process, collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, and electrical contractors, optimize estimating workflow, maintain bid records, communicate changes, build relationships with contractors, and hand won jobs to Project Managers. Requires ability to read electrical one-line diagrams and project specifications; proficient with Microsoft 365; HubSpot & BlueBeam a bonus; 2+ years electrical estimating experience; US work authorization; degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field - preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant electrical estimating experience.
- Ability to read electrical one-line diagrams and project specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive) - HubSpot & BlueBeam familiarity is an added bonus.
- Familiarity with bidding sites preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Robust relationship building skills with both internal and external customers.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
