Seeking a Project Estimator for Sunland Asphalt to evaluate bid specifications, manage cost estimates, and collaborate with teams. Requires strong math, communication skills, and construction experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years estimating experience
- Minimum of five (5) years general construction experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor-vehicle record
- Passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent math skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to read and understand plans/blueprints
- Fluency in English
