Job Summary
Estimator will manage full estimating process for biohazard and hoarding remediation services, including speaking with customers, reviewing photos/videos, conducting on-site assessments, preparing estimates, collecting estimate fees/deposits, and scheduling approved jobs; maintain 50% close ratio with gross profit margins of at least 40% for hoarding jobs and 70% for biohazard jobs; document estimates with video/screen shares/on-site assessments; follow up on new customer alerts and inquiries via phone/email/chat; attend events and company meetings; provide training and coordination with technicians; assist in policy reviews and continued education.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must live within 50 min. of the office which you are applying for
- Desired experience with power tools, construction or restorations experience
- Must be able to work in a respirator and full PPE for long periods
- Must be available Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm
- Must be able to be on call some nights and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation to get to our office
- Must have working cell phone
