Job Summary
Handle incoming leads, perform onsite roof inspections, and measure for reroof projects in Granby, Summit, Grand, Eagle, Pitkin, and Routt Counties. Prepare and present bid documents using Excel, Word, Adobe, BlueBeam, and Roof CAD while reading technical drawings and interpreting specifications. Coordinate job information with Project Managers and Field Superintendents, organize meetings with owners, HOAs, and management companies to secure repair opportunities, and prioritize jobs for bidding. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel and inspect job sites in all weather conditions, and proficiency in roofing methods and materials. Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 includes annual bonus potential, health insurance, PTO, a company vehicle, and gas card.
Required Qualifications
- Must have construction roofing experience
- Must be able to travel and inspect all areas of a jobsite, in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, and/or stretching
- Valid driver's license in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' roofing experience preferred
- Knowledge of roofing methods, materials, and systems is preferred
- Ability to analyze and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work well with others
- Previous roofing or construction experience
- Outgoing personality
- Previous sales experience
