Experienced Project Estimator supporting nuclear project controls in Minneapolis, MN. Translate loosely defined project concepts into structured, defensible estimates; review backlogs and reference historical data to develop preliminary and refined estimates; support long-range planning, budgeting, and funding authorization; maintain estimate documentation and contribute to process improvements across estimating functions.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in project estimating, project controls, construction estimating, or related fields (preferably in nuclear or utility environments)
- Experience in project finance, operations, and work order planning
- Proficient in Oracle Unifier or similar project management/estimating tools
- Interpret technical information, shape ambiguous project concepts, and build accurate estimates
- No formal degree required; commensurate experience acceptable
- PMP or nuclear-specific certifications (not required)
- 1+ years of experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, or Power BI (not required)
