Project Estimator

Project Estimator will own proposal generation from start to finish, collaborating with Account Managers to evaluate customer needs and present solutions. Responsibilities include reviewing SOWs/RFPs, creating project counts/takeoffs to build material BOM and labor scopes, coordinating with third-party vendors and PE partners for pricing and design input, facilitating handoff meetings between Proposal and Project teams, supporting design drawings with drafting/engineering, generating and submitting Sales Order Forms, and maintaining internal budgeting and reporting tools. The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Account Managers, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, AutoCAD, and Smartsheet. A BA/BS or equivalent experience and 1-2 years of estimator or project-management/sales-support experience are required. The work is office-oriented with a standard 8:30-5:00 M-F schedule and periodic overtime.
