Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering water and wastewater infrastructure solutions from planning through construction, overseeing schematic design, permitting, bid-phase services, and contract document production. Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance while directing engineers and technicians on technical execution, cost estimating, and alternative analysis. Mentor junior staff and facilitate client-facing interactions, including site visits and regional travel, to support project delivery. Requires a P.E. license and 10+ years of experience in water systems design and rehabilitation.
