Job Summary
Provide task-focused support to the Project Manager in the delivery of projects and contracts, ensuring project expenditure is accurately recorded in SAP, including progress claims and end-of-month accruals. Assist with contractor progress payment claims and project financial reporting while developing and maintaining short-term construction programs and supporting updates to the overall program with cost programming. Manage preconstruction and construction activities from project inception through to completion. Government experience is highly advantageous. This role offers a 12-month contract with potential extensions in Nerang.
Required Qualifications
- Provide task-focused support to the Project Manager in the delivery of projects and contracts
- Ensure project expenditure is accurately recorded in SAP, including progress claims and end-of-month accruals
- Assist with contractor progress payment claims and project financial reporting
- Develop and maintain short-term construction programs and support updates to the overall program, including cost programming with a focus on direct and indirect expenditure
