Project Engineering Senior Technician

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate engineering projects for equipment installation, commissioning, and startup within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Validation, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery, proper documentation, and readiness of equipment. Provide hands-on technical support during installation, startup, and operational readiness, monitor timelines and milestones, prioritize tasks with internal stakeholders and external contractors, and ensure documentation and technical readiness are complete for handover to end users. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or Technical Degree in a related field, 4–6 years of engineering-project experience, strong cross-functional coordination, and fluency in Greek and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in engineering projects, technical operations, equipment installation, or a similar role within an industrial environment
- Experience in project coordination and working effectively under demanding timelines
- Good technical understanding of manufacturing equipment installation, troubleshooting, and start-up activities
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors in support of project execution
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
