Job Summary
The Project Engineering Manager will oversee moderate to complex project planning and execution across various facilities, managing resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Responsibilities include executing medium to large-scale projects, developing budgets, managing suppliers, and providing technical support. Essential skills involve strong time management, data analysis, project management, and proficiency with CAD software. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of project management experience, and preferably PMP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management preferred, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Advanced proficiency level- should be able to demonstrate the ability to perform complex assignments, give technical guidance to others at a journeyman level
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Lean or Six Sigma certifications
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Background in Beverage Manufacturing, specifically in canned products
