Job Summary
The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing medium to large scale project planning and execution across various Refresco facilities. Key responsibilities include managing resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Essential skills include strong project management, data analysis, problem-solving, leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management preferred, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Advanced proficiency level in performing complex assignments and providing technical guidance
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Lean or Six Sigma certifications
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Background in Beverage Manufacturing, specifically in canned products
