Required skills include strong project management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective communication, and hands-on problem-solving abilities. Experience in manufacturing environments and technical proficiency in CAD software is also essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management preferred, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Lean or Six Sigma certifications
